hi there I posted in another thread but you might have missed it since the person after me got a reply. I have thought about it that there is absolutely no way that my ban was justified as all I did was try to use a 2nd pet eqp scroll on my Pet's equipment (which I just got cause it's cute). Despite the terrible lag as per usual. I did not do anything unusual. Nor do I have any knowledge to hack this game. Neither does anyone i know playing this game (just my bf & sometimes my dog likes to step on the keys) I was considering donating bec this server is a great idea and I appreciate the intention of the admins for this server. But really, if we get banned for reasons like benefitting fr glitches & random auto bans (like for using a scroll that I picked up in game etc) and for dropping another chair while sitting on one (how is it the player's fault), I really don't feel inclined to donate anymore. I don't feel comfortable supporting a system that I might get banned randomly. I am telling you this bec I a significant amount of time on this game than any other games for the past 5 yrs & I really grew to like this server a lot. Anyway here's the questionnaire that was in my previous thread. I understand you might be busy but I feel it's taking too much time to fix sth that is not my fault so I can only assume that you missed my prev post. Hello, Unfortunately we can't always answer every ban appeal within 16 hours. That's largely because we're just a bunch of voluntary staff members that have jobs and other things in life that keep us from doing one of our hobby's (being unpaid staffmembers on royals). The other reason might be because there's quite a few other threads and problems to investigate that have been posted before your appeal. Our game isn't perfect. If you don't want to support this server because of that it's a shame, but there's not much else we can do besides trying to help people out when we have time for it. I checked out your problem and unbanned you now.
I understand and thank you for taking the time to reply to my other concerns as well. It is just disheartening when it happens & you're worried it will happen again (especially when it is out of your control) because of the amount of time spent on building the game. I hope to support this server for as long as I can. I can only hope that the kinks get worked out in time. Thank you once again Tim & have a lovely week.
