Automatically getting banned

Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties logging on this server. I've created multiple accounts , but all of them were "banned". I'm new to this server so I couldn't have broken any regulations within the server, any help with this problem is highly appreciated. My username is -please don't post your username for safety reasons-.
