    Mal Volence and Octoberfest will run until 15th October
    Mid-Autumn Festival will begin on 1st October and run until (and including) 7th October

    Note: Malt for the initial Octoberfest quest drops from all monsters, not just from those on Victoria Island, despite what the Quest helper says.
