Open B.MON service

A MoN requires you to be lv 140 to equip it in case you didn't know. By then, you can literally come in as an attacker and get a free MoN for yourself anyways.

If you're an arch mage, you would be better off getting a HTP

So I don't see any reason as to why you're trying to buy a MoN service.
