I never see these in the FM, and have been doing a daily search of the FM using my Owls of Minerva, but to no avail. The only way to obtain these two items is from the CWK exchange quest; Raven's Wing in particular can only be obtained via exchanging Nightshadow Badges. I'm willing to pay a hefty sum for a Raven's Wing (probably upwards from 50m, even though it's not that great of an item); and I'm unsure as to how much Taos of Shadows go for, though I'd imagine they'd rightfully be priced highly.
