Just wait until you see a smega in game of groups about to zrun. Have a tele rock saved to El nath, a storage full of potions (1-1.5k melting cheese would be plenty, always good to have extra just in case), and be ready to go whenever you see a run called. Infinity does runs often, but I think we're kinda waiting for the server to be more stable before we go back to doing runs almost every day.
