I never use VPN, only reguler router connection. I have to say that my sister is using "Anydesk" in order to connect to another computer for work. Although I never had a problem with it in the past.
I checked it now, the VPN option is turned off and Im still unable to log in.
What else can be the problem?

 

update: I tried to connect to my phone network with "hot spot" and it worked!
So I guess my Wifi at home is blocked.
How can I fix this?

Edit: I talked with my internet support, they changed my IP and it still won't log in..
he says he doesn't know what can cause this problem.
