If you have a thumbdrive with the Windows 8/8.1 ISO (depends on which you use) or the installation disc, connect/insert it to the affected computer, then start up your computer holding the F12 key after pressing the power button. From there onwards, you've 2 different methods to choose from: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...t/53b7574d-87e5-4703-98d1-86611c5fd32d?auth=1 If you're lazy to click the link, here's the relevant methods which I find helpful. I linked it because you might find something else that works in the link other than the methods I'm posting. If you do not have an installation disc, get a thumbdrive with at least 8GB, connect it to a different computer, and download a Windows 8/8.1 ISO into the thumbdrive, once done, right click the ISO and extract the files (assuming you have winrar/7zip installed.), and then delete the ISO after extraction's done. Once deleted, go back to the first paragraph. That's your PC help trial service, if you wish to get more help, and download links, please upgrade to Premium membership! KAPPA Welcome back~
