I've been playing for around two weeks now and the game has been running perfectly fine. Now when I open the game it runs fine but anytime I use a skill, open anything up, basically any interaction it freezes for a second and comes back. I run games like COD, League, EFT, games that require way more intensive power perfectly fine. If I'm walking around the map talking to people and even interact in the FM it's fine but anytime I open my inventory or equips or use abilities it freezes for a second.
