    is there anyway to get balanced furies in the server? just wondering i dont see them ever

    The NPC to get them isn't working correctly. So no, there's no furies.

    if you search "balanced fury" you'd find both this question as well as a discussion on whether they will ever be implemented and find that it is indeed on the list of "things to do."
