Question about balrog shoulders. Once you're lvl 100, is it impossible to acquire them after lvl 100? I saw that you don't get stats but I would still like them... is there any solve?
You can create characters up to level 99 within the same account, and after obtaining them, transfer them to characters level 100 or higher via storage
You also do get stats, but they are currently bugged and don't allow you to equip gear that requires stats if the shoulders push you over the threshold
