Closed ban account please help

    Why do you think you got banned?: i dont know
    Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an id that as been deleted or blocked from connection...
    What GM banned you (optional):i dont know ...

    hey me and my brother got banned with all our accounts .... please someone can help us
    we start to play togther during the covid-19 and we dont want to quit ...

Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

    You are only allowed to vote on one account per day, unless you apply and get accepted into our Whitelist. Voting on more than one Account daily gives you an unfair advantage over the rest of the players on the Server who follow the rules.

    If both you and your brother vote daily, that is voting on two accounts a day from the same IP, which is against the Terms and Conditions.

    The Server Rules state that only one account can vote. If more than one person plays in your household, the only way each of you can vote daily is via the Whitelist, which you must apply for and be accepted into. You and your brother did not apply to the Whitelist, and were banned because each of you were voting daily.

    You having one computer is not the issue. It is the Server Rule of one vote per household per day that is the issue. We have this rule displayed in numerous areas in game, such as when you do the Well-Behaved Child Medal Quest. It is also displayed across the Forums, including in the text on the page where you vote.

    I am sorry, but ignorance to the rules is not an excuse for breaking them.

    i understand and accept but i really dont knew that and im sorry we did it and did not applied requiest for anther vote for wishlist.
    but this is the first offense, i can not get eaiser punshment for the first time ? i really did not know that. im playing for long time and love the game and want to keep the rules where they are i understand the proplem and aware for all. i really appreciate it if there is any chance for keep letting me play with my account.

    The number of instances that your household voted multiple times a day was determined by the Admins to be too severe. Unfortunately, this ban will remain. I wish you well in the future.

    im aware for this but its beacuse we didnt know and saw that rule you know how its happen u just vote and go out i didnt look about all around. please im a loyal player with no other offense . i can promse its will not happen again if ill get the chance to play one more time please.
    there is any thing i can do to change its for temporery ban or even vote ban and no vote any more. i like to play with my account while im studying and take alil brake to clear the head.

    but im explain it is not to deemed i vote for my account once and my brother account once please this is my first account in the server and i love this server this is my only first offence u never harass any one and do somthing worng please think about it. dont give me ban beacuse i dont have money for another computer....

    i was not voted 3 times daily , as i said sags is my player and , sags1 and lomosr is my brother players (mule + player) he voted for my computer beacuse we playing on the same computer i dont with wich accounts maybe both maybe one i vote with my account SagS !! so i ask again do you think it is normal to ban account beacuse we have 1 computer at our home ?? only rich person can play in your game ? people who have 1 computer cant ? need to ask for permtion that not every one know about that ?? do you think it is normal ??? how do u want to raise the numbers of player in this server its a grear server and u ban me and i guess you ban more player for stuff they did not do
    think about that u lose a great loyal and nice player for stuff i did not do . thanks alot .
