You got banned for spamming the Roodolf NPC to get inside between Snowman transformations multiple times which shouldn't be possible since you are not allowed to enter when there is a snowman on the map.
First, I don't think I did spamming. Because I'm a warrior, I just cannot use any skill to increase my speed of movement. Whenever I reached the Roodolf-NPC, the entrance was always closed already. What I did was the same as those trying to enter KPQ or LPQ, and so on...... Why weren't people trying to enter some quest maps banned ? Second, at the very moment I entered the snowman map, I did donate 100 snowballs, and there were indeed no snowman in that map (because of his previous death and transformation). I didn't think that I did no contribution to others or played any trick at all. As for the accusation of "multiple times", that was too heavy for me...... I only entered successfully once ! And I was banned at the second time. Since the snowman activity is still under test, what GMs should serve should be improving the stability, minimizing the harmful changes upon players, and picking out potential bugs, but should not be banning innocent players who accidentally touch a glitch. I highly appreciate GMs' effort and I agree with the current modifications (both contributions of snowballs and damage are included, and decrease the lag problem to lowest extent) about snowman activity. However, for those careers with slow movement, I suggest that the broadcast of fill-up might be changed to 70% and 85%, respectively. Thanks for GMs' attention and management. I hope that I can be unbanned soon after your kind-hearted considerations.
(Glitch Abuse) Exploit errors in design, features which are not documented and/or bugs to gain access that would otherwise not be available or to obtain any competitive advantage (Always contact a game master if you are unsure); Punishment: 1st offence - 3 day ban, 2nd offence - 7 day ban, 3rd offence - permanent ban Being able to enter the snowman fight while it's transforming to its 3rd body is not something that's intended, by doing this twice in a row you've exploited an error in design. Instead of exploiting this error you should've contacted a game master as the rule suggests: Always contact a game master if you are unsure. Since you haven't done this and continued to exploit the bug you've found, we've decided to ban you for 3 days and this ban will remain as it is.
