Closed ban apeal

Last thing you did: I was playing whit my account, and then I get disconect to vote in the page for get my nx...when i was trying to get into the game again, the message "Ban message when attempting to log in: Your Account as been blocked/Banned" was displayed, and another one saying "Your IP Addres has been banned or blocked".
Why do you think you got banned?:a friend of mine make vote in the page whit his account a few days a go, and the ip got baned, i post a ban apeal and it was fix, then I get back to the game and after i vote it happen again..the ip was block again... he promise me never vote again here in this pc...but i think is unfair then every time i will vote, my ip will be block a banned???...last time the admin: Tim ask me for my mac addres and my ip addres, wich I already provide him...
Ban message when attempting to log in: Your Account as been blocked/Banned, Your IP Addres has been banned or blocked.
