Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection

I've tried to restart my router and also changed my password and verryfied my mail in the Control Panel but its does not work.
please help me.

Can you just give me a warning, i did not have any idea that im doing something wrong, im playing in this server for more then 1 year and i dont want to end it like this, please im begging you for a second chance
