Hello. You’re not banned. Looks like you’re connecting from a previously banned IP. Try unplugging your modem/router for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP.
You have a static IP address. This means that no matter how many times you restart your router, you will keep the same IP address. You will have to call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and have a talk to them about this.
I called them but they claim they cannot change the ip. They said its public and changes every few months Is there anything else i can do? I tried setting up a hotspot from my phone and was able to log in for just a few minutes and then i dced and the same message started appearing again as if my new ip also got blocked, please help me
There is unfortunately nothing that we can do on our end :\. We cannot unban the IP that you are connecting from as others have been banned on it. You will need to need to either wait for a different IP, or use a different connection to connect. You can also try a private (paid) VPN where you are not using a shared IP.
