the trust is i set my store faster than him but his just reported to GM and said that i used game glitch to rob his spot.
I DONT HAVE ANY SCREEN SHOOT CAUSE I WAS BANNED DIRECTLY.
I highly suspect that GM didn't check the setting time of both of us and just shut me down.

Your store was opened more than 9 minutes later than iTzZwagrid's merchant, and you're telling me that you opened faster than him?

 

But his store didnt show up on screen.
So if i can have anyway to know this ?
A free spot without anything , any store , and you said that spot has been set ?

If you are true, why can i just walk there and press my merchant , wow i'm so lucky. i can set my store there?

 

AND the point is... What if I press my merchant at the same time with that guy ,then I just put my stuffs up reallu slowly. then, i open it.
My store can still show up formally.
But...
Is that illegal? Is that use Game glitch?

The merchant timer starts running when you are in the process of opening your merchant, you were over 9 minutes later and decided to still open a store on top of his.

ok... so i got misunderstanding about the begging time of opening store.
I agree your picture show me that I'm slower actually.
Does this time be defined by the moment that I press my merchant? or the merchant totally show up on screen?
If it's defined by first tip... then I can't know if I was faster or not cause the store not show on screen.

And you miss what I said .... that spot couldn't be used glitch like "jump glitch" or something.
so ... you can just shut my store down... Just like every time server check finished and open again. lots of ppl got spot running. Not just banned me.
because I didn't use any glitch.

 

You could've known he was faster than you, either:
-His shop was up already and you glitch abused, or
-He was already standing there opening a store for 9 minutes.

I'll close this ban appeal as several things you've tried to appeal are simply not true or don't make any sense:

I banned you several minutes after I had checked the merchants, this means you've had at least 4 minutes to take a screenshot and were not banned directly.

Right, before I showed you the evidence you had claimed to be offline when you had set up this store.

Except that there was no servercheck on the day that I banned you so this feels irrelevant.
