My friends just got a vacation from the army and we decided to get back to playing royals and when I entered my ID and password it said that ban message. I weren't using any VPN of some sort and I haven't been playing for a very long time to the point where I don't really remember my character name and I can't really check if it's correct or not so I'm sorry if there is no existing character by that name. It appears you got hacked a while ago, please change your password on royals.ms and let us know when you've done this. Once you've done this an admin can detach your account from the hacker's and unban you.
