Closed Ban appeal #2 GM JOHNNY

I don’t understand how after playing for so long and spending countless hours and real money on the game for royal points and doing no other wrong, and not even realising me and two other people would be sharing the same connection to vote when we purposely used all our different devices to vote for our seperate accounts once per day as the rules are stated that it could result in a permanent ban? This does not make sense to me that you can completely permanently ban a household as a whole for maybe once sharing the same connection to accidentally vote? I’m not sure if you realise or not but sometimes the voting website bugs up and although you have may not voted yet it will still fail to go through and you have to try multiply times, I believe it may have occurred during one of those times and the wifi was turned on instead of the phone data! I am happy to wait and we are happy to serve a penalty for this problem and we sure have learnt our lesson, but the amount of time we have spent to achieve where we are now in the game it does not seem fail at all to lose it all just like that over our first ever incident in game, which is nothing compared to hacking/botting, etc. I hope you can reconsider your decision to permanently ban the whole household and understand where we are coming from, thanks
