Closed Ban Appeal #2 please help

Last thing i did was play cpq2
I got banned becuase i voted on 2 accounts for a few days unaware that was against the rules..
At first the ban message was your account has either been banned or blocked from connection.
I made a previous forum where GM Andreas informed me i was banned for 14 days for voting on multiple accounts. Now when i try to log in it says im banned for hacking/illegal programs..what?
Not sure who banned me.

I am sorry to make another post about this but i just wanted to speak my mind. I am completely in the wrong for voting on multiple accounts and i will own up to that and admit it even tho i was un aware of the rule. Im very sorry and am just hoping to get my account back sooner than 2 weeks if not today hopfully lol... It was a stupid mistake considering that the website ALLOWS you to vote every 12 hours each account..maybe should change that on the website and maybe it wont happen again? I just think that a 14 day ban for voting on 2 accounts for a few days is way excessive. im banned for longer than i even voted for. I was expecting like a 3 day ban or something but man 14 days really sucks and is a motivation killer in this game considering how much time and work i put into these character that i can no longer play at the moment...im honestly just tripping out im even banned in the first place. I promise im not trying to take advantage of the game i honestly just want to play...very frustrating when im almost 3rd job level on my new character and then i get banned lol...if someone can help me out and maybe consider giving me a lesser of a ban that would be amazing. I just really dont want to wait 14days.... i get the point of the offense and it wont happen again...please....

 

Not knowing it was against the rules is not an excuse, you are lucky it is 14 days and not permanent so you will have to wait until your ban duration is up I am afraid.
