Why do you think you got banned?: I am currently deployed in Afghanistan and have to use a VPN to connect to MapleRoyals, the server I have been using (Italy) is down today. So I changed to Germany server. Played for about 4 minutes before monsters froze for a couple minutes then dc. Ban message when attempting to log in: 'This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.' What GM banned you (optional): I assume this is probably an automated deal. Ive just recently started playing MapleRoyals again, its been a really nice release from the situation im in right now. I know my IP's are probably all over the place due to my internet situation here, if their is some information I can send you to help my situation please let me know. It would be a loss when I have free time to myself.
I AM SO SORRY, changed to different VPN location again and it let me in. I am sorry to have wasted any time if I have. I used the troubleshooter and a couple other forum posts..from what I gathered and the error, is that I was banned. If possible could someone shed light on what that issue was and how I could avoid it?
You should avoid using public vpns as they are not allowed here due to the fact that hackers might be using the same vpn and could get you banned.
I am paying for Express VPN, im not sure if its private or not. I google private vpn and it pops up but the website doesnt advertise "private". Thank you for the response GM =)
