Then reinstall the game and be sure to whitelist the folder that gets created in your anti-virus (Windows Defender or 3rd party if you use one). -Ensure that your computer is completely up to date. -Open task manager when launching the game and watch your memory usage to ensure that your computer is not capping out and crashing the game. -Try connecting from a different network (your phone's hotspot, private VPN (can be a trial since you're testing), etc.).
