Hello, before I forward this issue to the Admins for review, was your issue with PayPal resolved? As the ban will only be issued upon a chargeback, was the chargeback already processed?
@Dave Deviluke Hi Dave, thanks for your reply. Yes, I've reached out to Paypal technical support team and figured out the issue. I've posted all of the transaction id and information in the above thread. The charge back was due to a technical issue from paypal authentications. Thanks.
