Why do you think you got banned?: only one person had access to my account ( I asked for help to complete a quest , pick up the item boss manon for Genesys ) of the understanding that shared the account ( but was not it) , ban the reason: "share" Ban message when attempting to log in: I not have access to account porq changed the password , so I have no way of knowing the message when trying to log into the account What GM banned you (optional): Elijah @Eli occurred after that changed my password , I created another account ( Chaay ) , at one point I came across my char that changed the password ( Norminho ) , then sent message to the GM and he came. I do not idea how the person who changed my password had access to such, I still cherish that I was hacked , I hope to have access to my account ( Norminho ) were many hours of dedication and intend to return . thank you @Eli
Just posting this to make the situation more clear for when it's investigated: The character Norminho was permanently banned by Stan because the account was hacked/stolen and the password was changed. Norminho is owned by @fehwow who is currently banned for 30 days for minor account sharing. The person who hacked Norminho is not the person who @fehwow account shared with.

There's not much more I can inform you about other than what already has been said. You can get unbanned 30 days after the day you got banned for account sharing in the past. In 30 days we will have to seperate you from the Hackers' info and unban you.
