Ban Appeal for "Mirage"

    I was playing with my character "Mirage" at Kerning city pq and sudenly at the middle of the PQ my account was blocked for no reason...
    The system says that I was blocked for using hacks and I don't even have a cheating program on my PC.

    Can one the GMs answer please why I was banned?

    You were previously banned for hacking on numerous different characters.
