Ban Appeal for my friend

Dear mapleroyals staff hello.
A user of a friend of mine (Rotpi23)
was banned for no apparent reason in the date of may 25th aswell as his brother's (Arad15) user (they both play from the same house and use the same internet connection). The users were banned for "using an item they do not own" which is a miscaharge since both of them never used hacks or in any way broke the terms of service of the game. They are addressing you via me due to the fact that they cannot appeal to you through their own user in the furoms since the service is bugged.
