Ban appeal for Supergoten97 , use of "Profane" language

Hello administrators/GM/whoever is incharge of appeals, I am writing this in sincere word to say that I did not do anything wrong. The time when i got banned was when there was a server crash. I was training my character, not even talking to anyone on the server. The server crashed soon after. Once the server got rebooted, i logged back in only to see a blue notice when i tried to log in, saying tthe my character had been banned for profane language. i had never used offensive language while playing, and my mates can back that up for me.
pls unban me ASAP , thank you very much!
