Closed Ban appeal from a few years ago

Why do you think you got banned?:No idea but my password was changed.

quit for a bit to focus on school/work and a dental assisting degree recently graduated and have been working at an office in dallas tx, saw a few videos on mapleroyals and reminded me about my ban appeal from my hacked account

Again making this appeal i apologize for not responding back to my last appeal, my life was fairly hectic and moving in with my fiance in dallas getting a cat and dog etc..... such put a gap on my maple time.
I also see in 2021 someone new has the name Feet who was banned, who was also not me and has my name. The account was banned in 2019 so that was not me.
Im back to work on this appeal as i miss this server and the community i was apart of

I dont mind working on a new account but as the server says if an account is permantly banned i should not make a new (that would be considered for ban evasion.)

In regards of tims last post to me, i stumbled upon a ban appeal because my account was banned, and came across an appeal not made by me, because the person used the name of my Character.
I typed in my character name after the thread i made, a few hours shortly to see where it was using the search function.
I dont know how my password was changed, i took part in two servers one took place on OSM(no longer),and maple legends.
My maple legends account was a different email entirely, i used a seperate email to be honest i dont know why. I just chose to?
I had a new email at the time i was using for battle net and decided to use that for legends?
i made the battle.net for Destiny 2
My OSM account was hacked around the same time as my mapleroyals account was. But that server is long gone now, and i wish i could get more info for you on that.

To be honest i have no idea how they wouldve gotten ahold of my email, but i know there was some sketchy stuff going on with OSM.
But the guy also had my location based on my ordering (i would assume) because he had my name "Phil" And also knew that i lived in texas (i have no idea who this person is, and i reset all my emails to safeguard myself.)

I disagree on the buying the account part personally.(as in philpheet buying my account) I know RWT is a thing on this sever just like on any other, but i have no knowledge on where to start, and i would feel like it would be a dumb move to sell someone an account that has my personal information (my name, my state, and im sure my address to go with it, in my email)
and on top of that just starting a new job and moving into an apartment, we barely had enough money to pay rent
(my grandpa got sick and needed to live with my mother and shes still currently taking care of him, and thats why we moved outand i can get proof of that aswell)
I can also provide my salary and our rent cost with the frequent rent payments, and addresses of both house holds.

To be honest i dont like the idea of knowing someone had my address and got so upset over an account being banned (that wasnt theirs)
Makes me feel unsafe, but according to him he lived in france.
I also dont know anyone in france...(Again just reading the thread "Philpheet" Made.
I havent even really left texas until recently (just to arizona and arkansas)
Also Looking at the thread he made, it sounds like he took account names from OSM and attempted to use a VPN to hide it.
Given i dont know much about how that works, and this is just my educated guess.

I dont use a VPN i live in the US and dont understand the point of a VPN TBH
Another portion i was reading was this man and his friend were playing and meeting frequently.
Again to go off of that, i dont know anyone personally who plays mapleroyals or any maplestory private server in general.
Im intorverted and just live with my fiance and mostly stay in.
I can link my facebook and more to Tim if he needs confirmation of who i am, I am open to that.
I can also link my job, and the school i went to during the time of my account being taken from me

Im open into making this right, it leaves bad taste in my mouth knowing that someone did this to me, and also took this from me.
I spent alot of MY time not only working hard to put myself through school
But also trying to enjoy a hobby of mine to deal with the stress of school, externing to try to find a good job, and moving to dallas from keller.

I worked hard on my character feet and also worked hard to get that name too. I even paid for it to be changed.
its been awhile, but id be willing to help in anyway possible to get my account back for the memories,
most likely nothing is left on the account
It wasnt stupid funded to my knowledge, just a highish level nightlord
I dont want to put time into an account that i dont know is safe for me to play
(i dont want ban evasion ban)
but I enjoyed the server and would like to enjoy my hobby again.
I appreciate your concerns, and ill look at this daily from here on to see if i get a reply back

I know alot of things said here are probably redudent, but i know the staff likes a timeline in how things happened so, i went all out about it, I dont blame the staff for needing all the info too, RWT is a huge issue on servers and can ruin the econmony.

Your ban was discussed multiple times and we have the evidence supporting that you were involved in rwt. With that being said, your appeal is denied and please do not make another appeal

 

Kenny did you read the last post i made in 2019? I didnt even get to reply.... So i dont understand where the appeal was discussed multiple times, and there has not been evidence....
None that i got to talk about?

My appeal has NOT been disccused with me, at all, ive had no oppurtinity to talk about MY appeal?

of course I read it. In fact, it took me a while to dig down everything. The evidence against you is simply overwhelming and I am afraid nothing can be done here

 

I am so confused? What evidence? I didnt even get to talk to anyone about anything? My last thread was closed? Closed without me even responding after i said my IGN... Someone asked me if i stll wanted to work on it too.... Nothing was dicussed with me

Again this one is, one that redacted after the thread was closed.
Please look into this again for me, Ive given more on a ban appeal post than most people, and i am offering PERSONAL proof that i got hacked, im giving my address,facebook, idc whatever to prove i am who i am, and not that person.
