Closed Ban appeal, haven't played in a long time.

    Last thing you did: Probably just playing with some friends, its been at least 6month if not over a year.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I doubt I am banned, but there is something going on while trying to login at character level. Forum pushed me in this direction.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later."
    What GM banned you (optional): N/A

    I have moved to a different house, different ISP and ive updated my internet hardware. Maybe something going wrong there?

    Hello,

    Your accounts are not banned due to any rule breaking. The "You have been disconnected from the Server. Please try again" commonly shows up with a MAC ban.

    Looking at your accounts and connections, that seems to be the issue. You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 00-00-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. You should disable your faulty MAC addresses in order to connect to the game.

    I'll have a look and see what's going on. Didn't see any strange MAC addresses, though. Might be my ubiquiti hardware or something. Can you leave my post open for a while? If I find a solution, I'll post it here for others to find.

    Probably have some installed, but definitely not active. Will try and remove them as im not using them anyway. Will post results soon.

    It was a VPN to a friend, although only some traffic goes though it and nothing related to royals, it did cause the issue. VPN: Wireguard.
    Turned the connection off and all worked fine.
    Can close this thread now.
