Hello guys, my name is Sam and I have login problems, since a few weeks. I thought Its a bug, thats why I just stopped playing for a while. Now since I want to start this game together with my girlfriend, I tried everything to get past the character selection, because everytime I picked a character, I got kicked back to the main menu and it said that I cant login right now. So I updated the game and even downloaded the newest .dll file but It still wouldn't work. Thats why I started thinking about: WHAT IF I GOT banned? But it is unsure to me because I haven't done anything that could be banable. I remember insulting a friend, as we were joking, maybe someone took it serious in the chat and if that's the reason, for being banned, then I am sorry for it and will make sure, that I keep those jokes in private. If It's not the reason, then I would love to hear what I have done, if that's possible. If I am not banned, then I would lovely cry for help, because I just want to play My IGN of all characters from this account: KazuKing; Illumi; KazuKii; Illumchen I hope to be able to play together with my girlfriend soon, to show her the beauty of this wonderful game. You are not banned, it seems like you are able to log in fine if you can get to the character selection screen. Please make a post in Technical Help instead of here and there will be a lot more people who can help you there!
