We have multiple mechanisms and warnings in place to prevent vote abuse. The key one being that when you attempt to vote on a second account, the vote button is disabled saying that you have already voted for the day. Vote abuse means you knowingly bypassed that mechanic to give yourself an unfair advantage, and major vote abuse means it was severe enough that it has resulted in a permanent ban.
