I had downloaded exitlag to play another game, I uninstalled it and I still can't log in I've tried restarting the computer but it didn't work.

If you're using a mac computer and enter your PIC, it can disconnect if you use your keyboard "enter" key. Try clicking the "ok" button instead and it should let you in.
It also didn't work to click ok instead of the enter key. Im using windows, it isnt a mac either. when i said mac ban i was talking about a network address ban
To clarify, MAC ban would means your computer is banned If your network (IP address) is banned, please ensure you have restarted your router for a new IP address
This message would suggest you are either MAC banned, or using an invalid MAC address (won't be a ban of your network - IP address)
