Hello MapleRoyals Team, I am writing to appeal the ban on my account. My character names are: MosheRocky I was playing normally and following the game rules. The last thing I did before logging off was doing Ludibrium PQ (Ludi PQ). When I woke up the next morning and tried to log in, I discovered that my account had been banned. I was very surprised because I did not use any illegal programs, hacks, bots, macros, or any third-party software. I always play normally and honestly do not know what could have caused this ban. I believe this may have been a mistake or false detection. I really enjoy playing MapleRoyals and respect the server rules, so I kindly ask you to review my account and reconsider this ban. Hi, Thank you for your reply. 1. I first started playing MapleRoyals on May 8, 2026. 2. I have 2 accounts: • Account 1: MosheRocky • Account 2: NunaRocky My character names (IGNs) on these accounts are: • MosheRocky • Nunarocky 3. My highest level character is MosheRocky, level 59. My second highest is NunaRocky, level 42. Also, my brother and I both play on these two accounts, so there may be logins from both of us. I still do not know why I was banned, because I have never used any illegal programs or intentionally broken any rules. I would really appreciate a review of my case. Thank you very much.
