Why do you think you got banned?:
Good day, Mr. Admin.
Between 9 and 10 PM, I had trouble logging into my accounts. To be honest, I

made a mistake trying to vote on my PC censored. I forgot I

had voted at 7:30 PM and voted again at 9:00 PM. I enjoy playing on your

MapleRoyals server, even though it has many disadvantages in terms of how to

obtain mesos and skills. For example, everyone lives off selling APR, SPR,

and blue-glowing items, as well as refined items. That's the trading system.

Mages, with their Meteor Blizzard Genesis power, obtain useless clothes and

weapons in 30-40 minutes, which are sold to the NPC seller. You can level up

little by little... but reaching that level as a novice is difficult.

Regarding skills, my first character was a Shadower. I didn't know what HP

Wash or Vote meant. I leveled my character up daily, which took several

months. I didn't know the Assassinate 30 Book would cost 650m. There's GPQ,

but do you really think I can find friends there? I bought several

Assassinate 30 Books, like 7 or 8, and they all failed. I was angry for a

while and then started playing again. Poison is useless, even against the

boss. I'm currently a level 181 Shadower, and I've been playing for a year

and a half. I don't think it's fair that I should lose everything because of

a voting mistake or some other error, according to your Server Program. Does

it record that I did something so bad as to lose all my accounts?

I would really like to stay here on MapleRoyals, but this is your server, and

it ultimately depends on you. If you've read this far, Mr. Admin, I

appreciate your time, and please return all the accounts to their owners. I'm

sure they're going through the same thing; some will create new accounts only

to have them banned again, and others will beg you for their accounts back,

just like I'm doing now.
You could increase the ATT (Assistance Points) for all Mastery levels from 20

to +60 at least.
And make the books easier to obtain, regardless of whether they're the most

expensive for new players, like Zakum or Krexel. You could improve the events

with better rewards and items, and the refinement system could also be

improved (like a Spell Tracer or star system).
And you could give more benefits to all the jobs.

Voting helps both the user and the server.
