Character Name: i just created an account on the website but im unable to login. Last thing you did: Didn't do anything just trying out the server, gms is getting too boring and pay2win Why do you think you got banned?: I think my someone in my neighbor was using my wifi and while playing MapleRoyals and got me IP banned. Ban message when attempting to log in: Doesn't say anything, i just cant login, once i type in my info and press login, the login box and guest login box is greyed out and just stays like that. No ban message or anything. What GM banned you (optional): My wifi isnt locked so anyone can join my wifi which now im started to think is a bad idea. My internet runs slow and now someone has gotten my ip banned in MapleRoyals, i'l be locking my wifi soon and was wondering if you guys can unban my wifi so i can play this awesome version of maple. Maplestory Gms is too much pay2win and i don't like that idea. ~Thank you for taking your time to help out~
Someone with the same: date of birth, mac address (computer) and IP address got banned for hacking yes. Since there are so many similarities we suspect that you were also the creator of that account and character, which leads to a permanent ban from the game for you.
