    Why do you think you got banned?: Apparently I was hacking accounts, although I haven't been on in months. I was excited to play O.B
    Ban message when attempting to log in: client having trouble opening since I redownloaded

    I tried logging into beta today. It was successful. Upon trying to open the original client, though, I got the same message that " Katsuruku permanently banned psych. Reason: account hacking"
    the highest level character on my account if it makes a difference is not earl, its GloomyPirate

    Yeah I tried extalia, probably a couple years ago at this point. Whats the connection?

    I'll explain via PM.

    It looks like the person who I permanently banned for account hacking also hacked into your account, so, for your own security, I'll need you to choose a new password before I can unban you. I've also sent the details of how to do that in the PM.

    Unbanned =) Please make a character issues thread if you find that the hacker has taken any of your items or tampered with your account in any way.
