I'm only posting this because i feel like it would be easier to unban the mac address then buying a new router because i work at a Computer cafe that shares the same mac address on 45+ computers. I know the mac address was banned because a Royaler played here so it would be on his log from the places he has logged on from. When so Royaler played here it had to have been no more then two times. Also when he got banned for using profanity on smegas multiple times it was never from this computer cafe. The first time i had an issue logging on not knowing it was my mac address i could not get on for a month and a half. Then for two weeks i could play again and then again recently i haven't been able to log on to the server for the last week. After talking to Timk and getting more info which he explained to me very nicely. I figured out that it was my mac address and that i was not banned but it was because a player that does not even come here other then two times got all 45+ comps banned. What i was really hoping for is to just get the mac address unbanned so that i can play here cause i do not have a reliable computer at my house to play from. Please if there is any way to unban the mac address i would appreciate it so much. Long story short I love playing this game and Please unban the mac address if possible. Sorry for the long post and probably saying the same thing over and over! Thank you for reading!
we're not offering unbans for mac addresses that have been used for malicious activity. You can however change your MAC addresses without purchasing a new router.
