    Hello, my nickname is phantomhive, i share the computer with my brother and he used hack on his character and my character has been banned too, character of my brother is Rosinha, mine is Phantomhive pls unban...
    My character ImBee also has been banned and i never loged on this

    The ban applies to your IP address so unfortunately, we are unable to unban just you and not your brother.

    But John, only unban my account and i will use other computer :(( i dont want unban ip only unban Phantomhive and ImBee and my brother Rosinha still banned
