Then I logged off from MapleRoyals to dinner and come back several hours after. Couldn't log in and a message box pop out showing I've been permanently banned for violated the rules ( hacking ). I'm totally innocent... Been playing MapleRoyals for 2~3 months. Have trained up a Bishop (BeachPriest) and a Hermit (Bluffalo), and I can actually fund myself easily... no need for hacks. Please do reply me as soon as possible as in I really don't wanna miss the Christmas Event. Thanks. so someone logged in on the same computer and internet in that cafe 10 minutes after you last logged in on your account and started hacking? to me it seems more like you were bored and tried to do something on a new account not knowing you would get your mains banned by doing so as well.
I can't really provide any evidence of me leaving the cyber cafe but I do logged out around 2115 pm MYT 16th DEC 2016 and left the cafe until around 0300 am MYT 17th DEC.... Can I please at least see the login record during this period? I will try to find out any related evidence and provide it to you or can I know what should I do to prove that i wasn't me?
