My Characters: HSforHire / Shmueltz

I have started playing more than a month ago almost 2 months i think and I have fell in love with the nostalgia this server gave me.
Even after I learned my characters wouldn't do so well because i had to wash i started my BS to fund myself and put so much work into it.
About a week ago I tried to log in to my account and I got a message that the account got banned and I have opened a thread for ban appeal only to get written it got for banned for hacking with no explanation.

I have never used any hacking myself and all my characters were self made and I worked really hard on them making friends on the server on the way.

Yesterday I have found out that my brother which I let use my computer while I was working was banned for hacking and he told me all about it.
I want to clarify I did not endorse it and told him to not use my computer ever again and I didn't use any hacking on my characters.

I don't want to stop playing on this server where all my friends are having fun without me and I even did not have time to really enjoy with my preferred job which I want to open(NL).

Please any GM that can help I would really appreciate it as I would love to get my account back but even if this isn't possible I want to know if I can open a new character and start investing it or if it would be banned as well right away.

I have told my brother to not use any hacking ever again and to stop playing this server which I had so much fun at and don't want it to be all ruined because of his faults.

Please I would appreciate any help here or on private would love to answer any related question that can help clarify my name.

My brothers account I know got banned is cravenbox.

If there is any information I can provide to clarify my name please let me know i really want to enjoy this server even if this means starting all over again.
