Hello Staff,

I would like to submit a ban appeal regards my use of the word "nig".
Sorry for the late reply, I have not yet commented regarding my views concerning this issue. This is because, I have simply seen this as a revenge act and therefore have not bothered to reply, since it would encourage more drama.

Firstly, I would like to point out Vatsug's screen shot is scrolled up half way up the chat box and not pulled up to the full length, therefore showing only what he WANTED the chatbox to show, obviously a biased screen shot. Also he is still in the party in the screen shot.

Secondly, the term "nig" was not directed to Vatsug. If Vatsug took this as a term directed at him then I apologise deeply and he should of came to me first for an apology or talked to me about it before insta-reporting me while I was at zakum. (I would also like to point out the screen shot in no way, points out my term was directed at Vatsug). Blake (whom the term was referred to) was also in no way offended by my term since we are good friends and we were simply joking around and enjoying our time on the server.

It should also be known that Blake and I were on skype at the same time, I can pull out of skype records during this period, which tells you that half the conversation was also on Skype (I was typing on maple due to my dad being in the room). Therefore "the Tel33t" was a response was to "who the looter was", a question asked on Skype.

Sadly this has not been recorded and therefore I have no conclusive evidence, therefore you would simply have to believe me.
Our conversation also on skype tells you that the full story cannot be shown by this single screen shot.

Thirdly, "nig" is a term which can mean various things due to a persons perception, for example in yorkshire (near where I live) "nig" is a short term for "nig nog" meaning a silly person. To be honest, I don't know if I meant to say nig nog or n****r at the time, since I was just having a fun time and I have been known to say both terms.

My fourth point is that this post was fuelled by revenge. As blake said Vatsug was trying buying a zak helm from us, however he was told after taking his time to get to nath (making us wait 40 minutes) that he would not be in the party for leech. (Obviously since he is paying for a Zakum Helmet, like the smega said and not Zakum leech), this caused him to leave the party out of his own accord. (ask Danerys for proof).

My fifth point is I don't see why Vatsug should be insulted by the word "nig" even if he thought it means "n****r*, since he is Norwegian and most probably white. Hence why in his initial post he mentioned he "wouldn't normally be offended by this", He states he is only offended by it because it was in the "presence of a GM". As Alyo said before, she was not paying attention, and her response of "lolololol" was to us taking out our dragons. Therefore he should still not be offended.

I also want to know why I was banned, after Chris determined there was not enough evidence to result ban, which Matt and Faye both liked.

Also, to all the people saying that I should be banned for saying "nig" because other player(s) like Kingpin has been banned for saying "bignig", I would like to just comment that saying that phrase on a smega and in all chat is two separate things. & no one has yet to be banned for saying "nig" in all chat.

I would like it to be known that I apologise for what I did, and I simply just want to have fun playing the game, and I didn't intend to harass or disturb anyone else's gameplay.
