    Excuse me gm, I wonder why is my ban appeal not yet being attended, but i saw other threads which is posted later than me had already been replied?

    Last thing you did: Doing quest, buy new equipment, up leveled to 21, planing to do kerning pq the next time I online.

    Why do you think you got banned: When I try to log in, the message appeared: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

    What GM banned you (optional): no idea

    please tell me where I did wrong if I have broken any rules, thx alot.

    You're not banned, nor can I see any evidence of banned accounts being related to yours. Are you trying to connect via a proxy, anonymizer or vpn?

    I am not so sure about that, as far as I know, I am connecting via normal household connection.

    It shows the message "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

    what should I do about it?

    I don't think I am connecting via proxy, anonymizer or vpn as what you mentioned, because I am at my home right now, using normal household connection, streamyx.

    Since I have not done anything wrong, and are not banned, I hope that you can help me solve my problem as soon as possible, thx.

    Do I still need to make another post under Technical Help section?

    OK, do you have anyone else in your household who plays, or a friend who might have played at your house one time? (Or any idea who Taylowy belongs to?)

    I am the only one playing at my household, in fact I have just started MapleRoyals few days ago. No idea who is Taylowy

    OK. I've done various checks to see if there might be any issue with your account and all seems fine, but one of the admins will take a look later to see if they can find anything I might have missed.

    Katsuruka and other admins and other gms, why is my account not yet unbanned? As an innocent player, I don't think I deserve such a long wait.

    Since there is no issue with my account, why do you not un-ban my account instantly? and why does your "later" take so long? It is already more than 1days since I am blocked.

    If I am innocent, shouldn't I have the right to gain my access to the account back as soon as possible? I am disappointed with your slow and indifferent response.

    You aren't banned, and we can't find why your account is being blocked. According to our information, you should be able to log in just fine. We are not deliberately blocking your account, and we don't know what is causing the block. You might want to check if any security settings or whatever have changed at your end.

    Able to login my account already.

    I appreciate Mapleroyals for bringing back the old school Maple Story, as I am one of them who are against the new MapleStory, I feel a sense of belonging to be able to play in this server, where the players and the GMs share the same ideology of supporting old school MapleStory.

    However, I wish to voice out a few dissatisfactions of mine:

    is left unattended for 7hours, and I have no idea why that thread is being closed? I wonder if it is the doings of the admins and what is the reason for that?

    The error message prompted is "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection", so I am told that I was not banned, but why is Katsuruka asked me about Taylowy?
    The only things I can think of is that I was suspected as the same person as Taylowy and therefore was wrongly banned.

    My threads is also left unreplied for hours (in fact overnight)

    I was told that the admins will have a check on my account "later", and I assume everything should be alright the next morning.

    I went to sleep on Sunday night 3/8/2014 (Malaysia time), and wake up on the next morning 4/8/2014 at 9am (Malaysia time), I tried to log in and check, my account is still blocked, I checked my ban appeal threads, it is still left unreplied. I am very dissatisfied with this as I felt like I am being ignored or being taken carelessly.

    A message like "we will try our best to fix the problems" or "we are working out with it, please wait patiently" will be greatly appreciated.


    Anyway, thank you for helping me to get my account back.

    OK, first of all, it sounds like there was an issue at your end which has now resolved itself.

    I spent a LOT of time researching into why you were unable to log in and discussing it with other members of staff. As you will see, I replied regularly to your thread, with questions and information. The admins, like myself, were not able to find any obvious problem with your account.

    The questions I had to ask you were related to looking into what might have caused the account to be blocked. The account with Taylowy on shares the same IP address as you, hence that question, and no, that account isn't banned either.

    We can't fix a problem that doesn't appear to exist on our end.

    You are hardly being dealt with carelessly or ignored - we are a group of volunteers doing this job in our spare time and there are a lot of things to deal with.

    I've left a note for the member of staff who locked your original post and explained the correct procedure in these circumstances.

    Please be a bit more respectful towards the staff in the future. We never delibaretely ignore someone. And as Kat mentioned, we do this for free. Not by any means are we obligated to anything.

    Glad this issue is resolved, though.

    P.S. a staff member probably closed your other appeal as it was the exact same appeal, copied and pasted. We consider this to be spam.
