    Last thing you did:A new character
    Why do you think you got banned?:I think it was a system error, because I have a brother who plays maple in my house and use the same internet, yesterday I was creating a new character in Klauzim account and still used in Sualk my main account, and for some reason game says I was appointed by "botting" with something related to care of my brother, I believe this to be some confusion and the system acted that way because of our IP be the same, since we live in the same house.
    Ban message when attempting to log in:You account has been temporarily banned for botting. The ban expires on Fri,20 Feb 2015 03:32:19 (GMT).

    Because you are on the same IP as a banned player, you too are banned. There is no way for us to ban only one person on the IP without banning anyone else using it too. Unfortunately, the ban will stand.

    Disappointed, this was the best staff I've ever seen and I was sure that you could solve this injustice, but after that, even though it clear that the ban on my account is wrong, just because I use the same internet I should not pay the mistakes of others, expect more of that staff.

    You can not just ban the account that was accused of bot? Have to ban the IP? I really wanted to play this weekend

    If we lifted the ip ban your "brother" could just make another account and play. Wait out the week ban and blame him for not reading the rules.
