Hey,
i killing bosses yesterday,
then i went to the shower and if i came back i had error cant login in game.
after that i made a thread on technical support and that is what came out.
It was not me, i think it was my little Brother, hope for a second chance.

Looks like hacking to me, and that's also what Chris indicated your ban reason was. That's a permanent ban offense.

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing whether it was your brother or you so the computer as well as your IP address has been banned.

Nope, your IP and MAC have been permanently banned. As I said, blame your brother for hacking, not us.
