Ban Appeal Tentomon

[Note: I am having huge difficulty loading the forum, it has been wacko all day for me, so I have just typed out the template how I remembered it rather than trying to load that thread]

Ban Reason: Hacking/3rd party programs. But a guildie showed me an SS of the ban reason ingame which says it is for using an item I do not possess
What you did: I was farming that big monkey boss in Elinia (Faust or something) and he dropped a scroll. I needed to clear a slot to loot it, and so decided to "drink" some junk potions that were in one of the slots (I can't remember what potion it was, probably blue potion or wizard potion and I think there were about 4 of them?). So I just quickly clicked on them and bang, game went back to login screen and banned. I drunk them rather than dropping them because the horrible witch things don't let you have a breath to drop stuff, so drinking was the easiest way. I suspect I might have lagged and it somehow got out of sync with the server which thought I was trying to drink more than I had?
I am honestly amazed it has never happened to me before. I do the "drinking to clear a slot" trick a lot in mobby maps, and usually I do that just by clicking quickly on the slot. There is always some lag when doing this (i.e. each potion does not disapear instantly when clicked). I always have a cluttered inventory, helplessly disorganised. Always have to clear a slot when I see a scroll.

Oh, and as for the forum problem...
For some reason, it allows me to load a few (2-3 if I am fast?) pages without issue. But then it goes completely dead for me for about 5 minutes. If I don't try and load any pages in that time, it will be fine for a few pages again after that.
