    Last thing you did:Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
    Why do you think you got banned?:MAC
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Brand new account, brand new character
    GM Matty says:A character with a similar IGN was auto banned for mob vac. I suggest you make a ban appeal if you feel you were unfairly banned.

    when you're permanently banned you as a person are not allowed to play anymore. making a new account with a similar account id, character name, same pin, and MAC address will not help you.
