Closed Ban Appeal - Two accounts

    Last thing you did: Wasn't actively playing
    Why do you think you got banned?: As part of the account security protection. Pretty sure my account(s) were part of the brute-force attempt and both have been blocked due to this.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This account is blocked from logging in due to too many invald PIN authentication attempts. Please reset your password and PIN on our website to regain access to this account.
    What GM banned you (optional): N/A

    To sum this up, I just got back from a mapleroyals break to find both of my accounts were inaccessible. I know my pins, passwords, PIC, and I'm 99% on the emails I used for each. I have tried to reset my passwords for both to no avail. It seems as if the email linked to my account was changed. If a GM could reach out when possible, I would greatly appreciate it.

    The title said you are having an issue with two of your accounts but you have provided me with only one IGN.

    I posted a thread in the other location as requested.

    Honestly, no I cannot. The second account was my banking character, so I would truthfully be guessing to provide you the name of that one.

    On my main account, again, I'm not 100% as I haven't been active in quite a while. However, Ryster12 was definitely one of them. I made a character with Sparrow in the name, to play along with my girlfriend who's character was LittleSparrow. I cannot tell you the exact name of that char, but I know it was a level 40-50 Hunter. I believe StonedStupid (or something very similar) was the name of my (again, not 100%) lvl 37 assassin.

    Aside from the exact character names, I can provide you any details you may need surrounding the account. I have youtube videos posted more than a year ago on my NeuThunder character, but no others so I am not sure if that will be of any help. Please let me know what other info I can provide.

    Currently, no I am not. Back when I was playing, I did install a windows vm on a linux machine, and did play mapleroyals for a short time but stopped due to issues with the OS. I would say there was, at most, an hour on my windows VM. Aside from that, I may have used a usb 3.0 ethernet adapter for one of my laptops at work, but that would be a few hours at most, if at all. The three places I have played are work (don't tell my boss), my girlfriend's house and my house. I can provide you the ip addresses of all three if need be.

    I did switch ISP on December 15, not sure if that is contributing to this issue.

    I believe that I found the root of the issue but I would like to have confirmation from the admins first. Thank you for your patience :)
