Hello, long time without playing mapleroyals, I had an error regarding not reading the rules and the ban was permanent, could I resume the game by creating my level 1 account starting again?

I have been banned for a long time and I don't want to enter the game if I don't have approval from an administrator :/

I have already read all the rules of the game, I would like to be able to start over, could you grant me that privilege to play mapleroyals again?
