    Why do you think you got banned?: I dont know????????? I Had been voting once each day on GTOP and UPS. i only have one account, how did i abuse the voting?????????

    and, my sister's cannot log in to her account as my account is being banned on both my laptop and her own laptop. how is this happening? what is going on?

    The only reason your sister is banned is because she plays from the same household as you, and our bans are done by IP to prevent people from ban evading.

    Does anyone else apart from you and your sister play MapleRoyals from the same household as you?

    Nope, just me and her. So does that mean we have to wait till the ban is over (7days) before we can play again? That will cause me to lose momentum in the game man..

    Having looked closely at the information, it appears that you and your sister have frequently been voting on the same day as each other. Since you play from the same household, you will need to take turns in voting. Please read the second paragraph here:
