    Why do you think you got banned?: I dont know
    Ban message when attempting to log in: None, after the character selection the game gets closed and give me a error which says "MapleRoyals has stopped working", I opened a thread at character issues and Andreas told me to make a ban appeal.

    How's that possible? and what I'm suppose to do? because I'm using my laptop to play and also my own desktop..

    make sure you dont have any unused network adapters or software that changes or adds MAC addresses to your computers
